ARCHITECTURE CONCEPTThe architecture concept for model-based workflow management is based on a "model-view-controller" architecture (MVC, three-tier). Its three-unit structure, comprising the database (model), presentation (view) and program logic (controller), allows for flexible program design, which facilitates subsequent modifications or adjustments and makes the reuse of single components possible.
Your processes will be integrated into this basic architecture. The sequences defined during the business process modelling are represented technically. They are disassembled into their components, assigned to the corresponding layers and linked. This open architecture allows for the possibility of integrating new requirements and existing partial systems in the short term.
