Access data

We and/or the website provider (goneo Internet GmbH) collect data on access to the website and store them as "server log files" on the server of the website. This is not a specific function of the website. The logged data include name of the visited website, date and time of the visit/request, calling status code, amount of transmitted data, "referrer URL" (page from which the visitor accessed the page requested) and technical data such as browser version, operating system version and IP address.

Article 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR forms the basis for data processing. Data are saved for safety reasons (e.g. for clarification of cases of abuse or fraud). In addition, the collected data are used for statistical purposes and will not be merged with other data sources.

Collection and processing of personal data

We collect and process your personal data only if this is permitted within the legal limits or you agree with data collection. Personal data mean any information that may be used to identify your person and that could be traced back to you – for example, your name, email address or phone number.

Automatically collected data

This website can also be visited without giving any information about yourself. When you visit our website, the website provider automatically stores (without personal reference) your access data to this website (see section "Access data").

Handling of contact data that is voluntarily provided

According to Article 6(1) point (b) GDPR, personal data are processed only based on the legitimate interest to fulfill a contract or to take pre-contractual measures.

User´s rights

Right of access, rectification, erasure

According to Article 15 GDPR, as user, you have the right to receive free information about which personal data were stored about you. In addition, you have the right of completion of incomplete data and rectification of incorrect data (according to Article 16 GDPR). You have also the right to restriction of processing (according to Article 18 GDPR) or erasure (according to Article 17 GDPR) of your personal data. Furthermore, if applicable, you can assert your right to data portability (according to Article 20 GDPR).

Erasure of data

Unless your request does not collide with a statutory obligation to store data, you have the right to erasure of your data. Data stored by us are erased when no longer needed for their purpose and legal storage periods do not exist. If erasure is not possible because the data are required for authorised statutory purposes, data processing will be limited. In this case, the data are blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Right of revocation

According Article 7 GDPR, you have the right to revoke your issued consent at any time. Legality of the data processing based on the consent until revocation is not affected.

Right of objection

According to Article 21 GDPR, users of this website can make use of their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that your data were unlawfully processed, according to Article 77 GDPR you may file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
